This is very important for me! My son has PURA syndrome. PURA SYNDROME FOUNDATION did brilliant job bringing together families effected by PURA syndrome. Pushing researchers to find out reason why mutations happend in first place and try to find solution to help PURA kids and adults to have a better life!!! Don't be ignorant please!
